Dustin Ford, a graduate of Liberty High School, has been playing drums for over two decades before his calling led him into ministry. He currently serves as an associate minister at The Creek.
Brittney Ford
Executive Assistant To The Senior Pastor
Brittney Ford, a native of Houston, Texas, recently joined our church and has quickly made a significant impact. Her administrative expertise has been instrumental in supporting the ministry’s work. Prior to joining our church, Brittney held an administrative position at MD Anderson Hospital in downtown Houston. Currently, she is employed in the same capacity at Kindred Hospital. Brittney holds a bachelor’s degree from Lamar University. We are fortunate to have her as part of our team.
Norman Barnett
Chairman of Deacons
Norman Barnett, our chairman, brings a wealth of experience to our church. Although he has a background in music, he currently serves as a valuable asset to our administrative team. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Southern University and has served on the board of directors for the City of Baytown for several years. Additionally, Deacon Barnett is a businessman who shares his knowledge to help build God’s kingdom.
Hope Cross
Director of Finance
Hope Cross, a native of Raywood, Texas, has over 30 years of experience in the corporate sector. Currently, she serves as the County Clerk for Liberty County. Her financial knowledge and expertise make her an excellent financial administrator for The Creek. She holds a certificate in Business Accounting from Lee College.
Adrian Driver
Director of Worship Arts
Adrian Driver, a highly sought-after and talented musician, serves as our Music Director at The Creek. His dedication and expertise have been invaluable to our music ministry. He has collaborated with renowned musicians like Chester Baldwin and Kathy Taylor, among others. Additionally, he has showcased his musical prowess by recording a Christmas single, where he not only arranged but also composed the music.
Christal Johnson
Worship Leader
Chistal Johnson, a worship leader for The Creek, has been singing since she was five years old. Her extensive musical knowledge and experience make her a valuable asset to the group.
Larry Brooks
Director of Media
Larry Brooks, Director of Media at The Creek, oversees the church’s visual storytelling, digital platforms, and media strategy. With over a decade of experience in video production and operations, he is passionate about using media as a ministry tool to communicate the Gospel with clarity, excellence, and purpose. Larry leads livestream production, video content, branding, and emerging media initiatives, focusing on creating engaging and accessible experiences that extend The Creek’s message beyond the walls of the church.
Tegan Pierre-Louis
Video Technician
Tegan, a passionate and eager learner, began his journey in our media ministry as a volunteer. His remarkable dedication and rapid learning abilities soon propelled him to a position as a media technician on the staff. Tegan is a faithful and diligent young man who ensures that every piece of content aligns with the church’s mission. He is a team player who willingly uses his talents to contribute to the growth and flourishing of God’s kingdom and the church. Tegan is committed to creating an environment where individuals can connect with God’s presence both in person and online.
Charity Ceaser
Communication Specialist
Charity Ceaser a native of Raywood, Texas. She use her spiritual gift of announcing as a means for ministry enhancement. Her love for ministry and the church has led her to serve in this capacity at The Creek. She attended the University of Texas Tyler and is currently pursing a nursing degree from Baylor University.
